If you rent a storage room or combination of rooms totalling 100 square foot or larger on our 1st floor for a minimum period of 6 months
then we will not only pay your security deposit for you but we will then give you that deposit when you vacate your room(s) at the end of the rental period.

Let me give you an example: YOU rent a 125 square foot room on the first floor of our Swift block, WE pay the £158.75 * security deposit for you.
At the end of the agreed storage period ( minimum 6 months ) when you vacate the room then WE would give YOU £158.75 *
